According to the architectural design of the complex the organization of entrance groups is planned from Kalvariyskaya St. – Gusovsky St. and Pinskaya St. The main entrances to the territory are designed from Proyektiruyemaya St., Pinskaya St. and Gusovsky St.  The projected complex is located in the pedestrian access area of the metro station “Molodyozhnaya”. An underground pedestrian crossing is designed at the intersection of Kalvariyskaya – Gusovsky St.

In accordance with the functional zoning of the territory, the project design provides for the formation of a single urban development ensemble in the existing environment of the city. The designed buildings of the functional areas are maximally locked and connected by closed pedestrian galleries. The design envisages a green recreation area in the central part of the complex. The architectural dominant of the complex is the 25-30-storey hotel building which forms the citywide highway and is well perceived from the road junction on the first transport ring. 20-storey buildings of the administrative and business centre blend well into the ensemble in Kalvariyskaya St. The shopping centre is designed on the site  of the main production building and the building of the project organization with their preservation and adaptation for the new function.

It should be noted that the total area of the preserved buildings is about 16.0 thousand m2, or 50% of the projected. A multi-level parking is designed at the intersection of Gusovsky St. and Proyektiruyemaya St. from the side of the industrial buildings in Proyektiruyemaya St. The capacity of the 8-level parking lot is 1000 cars.

The construction of an integrated 110/10 kV Kalvariyskaya substation with a combined RP (instead of RP-62) in the multi-level parking lot is proposed.
