The main goal of the project is the formation of a new prestigious development on this site, taking into account its favorable location. To do this, it is proposed to build a multifunctional entertainment centre on the site under consideration with a hotel, offices and underground parking. The multi-storey buildings of the offices and the hotel are connected by an entertainment centre which includes a casino, a night club with a restaurant and a dance floor, and are a single complex.

The main goal of the concept is the formation of a new prestigious development on this site, taking into account its favorable location. To do this, it is proposed to place a multifunctional entertainment center on the site under consideration with a hotel, offices and underground parking. The multi-storey buildings of the offices and the hotel are united by an entertainment center, which includes a casino, a night club with a restaurant and a dance floor, and are a single complex. The hotel building separates the entertainment center from the residential buildings, and the office block serves as a screen from the parking lots being built on the adjacent site of the facility.

According to the design, entrance to the casino is from Denisovskaya St. and it opens towards the water-green diameter of Minsk along the Svisloch River. The administrative building and hotel are provided with separate entrances from Semionov St., which isolates pedestrian flows and provides convenient pedestrial communications. On the contrary, from the administrative premises inside the complex there is a good access to a restaurant, a café, a fitness centre, etc., and from the hotel it is possible to visit various entertainment centre halls, offices. 

For the employees and visitors of the centre, there are parking-places for 162 and 46 cars, and underground parking for 405 cars.

The building of the centre fits well into the existing and perspective development of the territory.

The area is provided with all the main types of urban engineering communications:

  • water main, street water supply;
  • Rain collector;
  • main collector of household sewerage, street collector;
  • heat main TM26 Ø325x2 mm is laid along Denisovskaya St. and further intra-quarterly;
  • in the territory under consideration there is TP2612, powered from 110/10 kV Substation Kamvolnyi Kombinat;
  • telephone sewerage TK-24, TK-4.

The site location allows to carry out the necessary engineering support of the projected facility with connection to the existing urban engineering communications:

  • to water lines;
  • heat supply from district heating systems from the existing heating main TM26 Ø325x2 mm;
  • electricity supply with connection to existing 10 kV cable lines;
  • Telecommunication from TK-4
